I purchased a copy of Diablo 3 Eternal edition preowned which wasn't working on my ps4, when I went instore for help they went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough.

I had spoken to the manager at that time who was incredibly rude and condescending. I had gone to the extent of showing bank statements at the time showing i had not received any refund. While i understand things get lost in the system from time to time. The level of service provided to me became an absolute joke from the rude Canadian manager. I had spoken with the new manager and it appears that on the system its been signed off as refunded but as previously stated no refund was ever received or ever will be by the looks of it. Great new manager but very disappointing service from EB Games and wont be going back there.
